Charles Hulley & Associates was founded by Charles Hulley and run in partnership with his wife Jenny for many years. The Hulleys have since handed over the reins of control to family member Belinda van Wyk. Belinda, who has lived in Port Shepstone for the past decade, enjoys a solid track record in the insurance industry. She also knows close to 90% of her clients personally and it’s these close relationships that have contributed to the company’s continued growth and success.

The Garrun Group partnership was secured in 2001 and it has enabled the local business to offer their clients even more competitive rates and faster claim settlements. Hulley Garrun is well known in the Port Shepstone area and much of their new business is generated by referrals from existing clients, a testament to their levels of service excellence.

The brokerage conducts business in an honest and professional manner while maintaining a friendly and personal relationship with its clients. Hulley Garrun also supports local charities and fundraisers and has sponsored and participated in a number of events such as the breast CANSA relay and charitable golf days to date.
